of good story telling and quality writing or a key aspect of any
movie. Join the SoCal Film Academy and learn the
style and techniques of
screenwriting needed to
help your career.
SoCal
Film Academy participants work together in teams to create short
films. The production teams will allow members to become
familiar with the varying aspects of filmmaking, including
directing, producing, editing, acting, writing and working on
the production crew. Teams work with quality equipment and gain
practical experience. |

Crews assign roles and create
projects from conception to storyboarding to script writing to
shooting to editing to screening. Each team creates a
professional quality short film production and screens it at the
end of the session, readies for a big red-carpet premiere, and
the SFA submits each short to multiple film festivals.
Finally, experience your big
Red Carpet Premiere at the
2011 SoCal Film Festival
as part of the official screening program at this year's
prestigious event in September. |
