You just need a desire to create and
have fun. We'll help you get the experience at the SoCal
Film Academy. Whether your looking for something
different to do this summer or you are seriously considering a
career in the film industry, this can be your starting point.
This program is for ages 13-17.
It's
never too early to start networking
and gaining practical experience --two of the most important resources
filmmakers and screenwriters seek to gain. Join the SoCal
Film Academy, choose your emphasis and begin creating, begin
gaining experience and begin connecting with like-minded
individuals. |

In
addition to creating a professional, resume-worthy short film,
the SoCal film Academy also gives you the experience of working
with a production team, culminating in a film screening at the
end of the session, where you and your team can critically and
honestly evaluate your finished movie.
Furthermore,
you will be able to attend the 2011 SoCal Film Festival with a
red-carpet premiere of your movie at your Official Festival
Screening. And, who knows what will be next? The SFA
will also submit your project to multiple festivals to help you
find your audience, strengthen you resume and further your
career. |
